Add Remove Features - msiexec

Hi guys.

I have a standard vendor application that i have distributed. I have created a .mst file to select all the features that i want the application to have. Now we are looking to upgrade office to 2010 on the workatations and i need to disable some features but also enable others.

I have a new MST file that has the changes that i want.

How through the use of msiexec can i have the software reconfigure itself with the new .MST?

I was looking at msiexec /fv but it ignored the changes.
