Default Windows 2003 AD Site Replication

Just set-up two windows 2003 server on two offices (A Office and B Office),
both offices have been linked up by vpn all service/ports are opened on
firewall.
server 2003-1 on A Office is the forest root domain cotroller , server
2003-2 on B Office is the additional server. the following message display
when the replication occur on server 2003-1 and server 2003-2 (Active
Directory Sites and Services --> NTDS Setting):
"One or more of these Active Directory connections are between domain
controllers in difference sites, Active Directory will attempt to replicate
access these connection. For more information about how to verify please
refer help and support."

does it an normal notification? in my past experience when replication
within a site the message should be "Active Directory has replicated the
connection"

i have checked the DNS both servers dns records replcated successully!!
