Custom ICE with URL help

I am writing a custom ICE to evaluate some conditions on MSI. My requirement
is I need a hyperlink on my ICE message, so that it can direct to a web page
where the MSI evaluator can see the details about ICE. From MSDN sample
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...(v=VS.85).aspx), I
understood http://mypage2 is for hyperlink. But the hyperlink in the sample
is not work, I mean I don’t get the hyperlink even from the same sample
itself.

Any clue about adding an URL help link with ICE error\warning message?
