Default Using disk2vhd to virtualized server

I used disk2vhd tool to virtualized one of our server. The problem is when I
add the machine into windows server 2008 hyper v it become extremely slow
during logon and working on the OS.

Do you have any idea ?

Did you already install the Integration Services?

Yes i did that, know that machine is quite fast afther i remove all HP
drivers and rest the HAL,but i connote connect the machine to external
network ?

Hi shabib,

I assume you assinged the networkadapter to a network that has external or
internal access (not private).

I had this issue once disabling the network adapter on the hypver-V host and
reenabling solved it.

Also try to delete and readd your networkadapter.
