Default Move vm to another virtual server 2005

Hi i need to move a vm from one virtual server 2005 on another virtual
server 2005

I copy the .vhd and .vmc on the new server

I changed the path in the .vmc file to new new server path

I add the vm on the new servers. I see it but cannot power it

There is no error...it just can't start

Anyone can help me please

Thanks !

I have a recurring problem that makes the VS2005 vm unable to start
too. But this is on my single VS2005 installation, so it may or may
not be related.

The thing is that in my case I have to set the startup options for the
vm and enter the account under which the vm will run. Sometime (I
don't know why) VS2005 forgets this information and then the vm will
not start up at all, and there are no error messages that can explain.
Until I found the reason I had to make a copy of the old vm and attach
to the server and use the copy instead of the original, really very
annoying.

But then I found the real reason so whenever it happens I just go to
the properties of the vm and set the user/password for the startup
options and it works again.
Notice that if something else is changed in the vm proerties then it
forgets the user/password again!!!!
I am using VMRC+ instead of the management website.
