IE hangs when lunching the admin website. I tried reinstalling Virtual
Server, IE 8 delete all tye machines but nothing. Weird though, if I access the server from a different machine it works. it drives me crazy. |

As a comparison and for curiosity's sake,...load Firefox on the same machine
and see what it does. I have found,... on an increasing basis,...issues with IE 7 and 8 with this kind of stuff while going to many web sites of all kinds,...but when I try Firefox it works. Now I am not a big preacher and promoter of Firefox at all,...I'm just describing my experiences with these situations. I have also noticed that this kind of issues with IE7 & 8 have shown the same inconsistancies from one machine to another just as you have had. I know that isn't an answer,..but just saying that you are not alone and it isn't just with the VirtualServer Admin Site. -- Phillip Windell The views expressed, are my own and not those of my employer, or Microsoft, or anyone else associated with me, including my cats. ----------------------------------------------------- "Adrian" <Adrian@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CE21E57D-D237-413F-872E-0BEC0BD41AFE@microsoft.com... > IE hangs when lunching the admin website. Although, the IE version from the other computers is still 8. I think I tried Firefox once with Virtual Server and there were some issues. |
