Is it possible or not to install virtual server 2005 R2 on windows 7 64
bits?

It's possible by disabling the compatibility service of Windows 7 and
it's REALLY not recommended and it doesn't run very well anyway.
Things like emulated SCSI disks for VM's just doesn't work.
