Hyper-V service will disable AMD-V features

Dear All,

I using AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+, the board and CPU is passed AMD-V test
(AMD check tool and SecurAble tool http://www.grc.com/securable.htm). but the
feature will disable when I started Hyper-V service in server 2008 R2.

Please help. thanks~~~~
