I learned after many hours of searching it is because unlike VPC , Virtual Server doesnt have a clipboard in common with the guest & host. I also learned that I can over this by using terminal services. Now my questions are: 1) Do I have to configure this on Virtual Server Mgmt Website as well as the host O/S & Guest O/S 2) What are the steps to do this? 3) Is there a good guide that I can download? |

All correct. >1) Do I have to configure this on Virtual Server Mgmt Website as well as the >host O/S & Guest O/S No, because Virtual Server management doesn't use, or even understand RDP. You can only use that between the guest when it's running and some other PC (or the host.) >3) Is there a good guide that I can download? Not that I know of. It all depends on your guest OS as to how you can activate terminal services (or remote desktop) -- Bob Comer On Thu, 19 Aug 2010 17:23:03 -0700, deepal <deepal@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: > >I learned after many hours of searching it is because unlike VPC , Virtual >Server doesnt have a clipboard in common with the guest & host. > >I also learned that I can over this by using terminal services. > >Now my questions are: >1) Do I have to configure this on Virtual Server Mgmt Website as well as the >host O/S & Guest O/S > >2) What are the steps to do this? > >3) Is there a good guide that I can download? |
