Windows XP CLient Software Update Options?

Hello, what are the options to keep XP clients up to date with
non-microsoft software like Adobe Redear, Flash, etc on Server 2003? TIA

Either watch the vendor's web sites, subscribe to their update emails/RSS feeds or have a sacrifical workstation in your build room with auto-updates enabled and have someone check each day visually (seriously, this was a proposal at a client's site...)
