Suggestion #2 is Roger Zander's SMS Client Center:

I use & love both. Although Ron's console goes to all techs (regardless of
skill level), and I reserve Roger Zander's tool for the more experienced
techs, because there are some quasi-dangerous tools in Roger's tool that in
the wrong hands, well...
