Upgrading Central Site to new hardware
Hi,
We have a SMS 2003 SP3 hierarchy. We will be upgrading the hardware for our Central site. Plan is to backup (SMS site server task) old server to a network share. Shutdown server. Join new server to domain with same computer name and IP. install IIS, SQL, SMS. Perform restore using Reair Wizard. Done. Anything I'm missing, please advise. Thanks! |
