We've just started trying to create collections based on AD OUs with SCCM,
however we've discovered that these fields are empty for all systems in SCCM. Looking at the system discovery logs I don't see an errors about this, but it is finding systems and generating DDRs and listing several "system found"... entries. Any thoughts as to what may be causing this? Thanks! |

Some obvious things to check: Make sure AD System Group Discovery is enabled and correctly configured. Make sure that if you are specifying an LDAP path to search, that it is entered correctly. Make sure the account you are going to use has the necessary perms to connect to the domains you are interested in. |
