Bruno, I found this posted link but it does not work any more. I am also looking for a script that will show admin rights on all computers on my domain.

This is written for ConfigMgr07, not SMS 2003. However, it can be
easily modified to work with SMS2003. Instead of creating a DCM, take the script, and make that a script you run as an Advertisement, on a recurring basis (like weekly or something).
