SMS Rebuild

Dear All,

I have a problem where we cannot log onto the primary SMS 2003sp3 server (we
have 5 2003 sp3 child sites and hundres of packages)as it bluescreens,and
worse case scenario is that we have to rebuild the box,we also have a corrupt
database as some entires for patch management are incorrect, as someone
previously deleted entries manually,so for instance it says that we have -
250 patches installed.

My question is, what would be the most efficient way of resolving this issue
if i had to completely rebuild the server, given that the database data is
not correct.

I have budget to go to SSCM but not not neccessarily time, hence the
quickest way in this instance ,however it may work out quicker to do this.
