I am trying to install to install office 2007 via sccm 2007, everything seems fine on sccm side, on the other hand on the client side i see the advertised programs and office 2007 starts intalling..i have checked the task manager on the client side and i see setup.exe for office 2007. However this installation never finished, setup.exe seems running but cannot finish installation. Could you pls let me know where can i check the status of installation ? What can be done to fix my problem Thanks |

Have you set the program to run "Hidden"? Try changing it to "Normal". This
will let you see the actual installation program running. It may be hitting a point where user interaction is required. Review it with trace32.exe from the sms/sccm toolkit, it may tell you what is hanging the installation. Regards, John Sills |
